个人简历

研究领域和目前正在从事利用大规模的分子序列信息,探讨植物类群的进化历史,并试图揭示一些重要的生物学现象和过程,如杂交/渐渗,快速物种形成,多倍体物种进化、基因组的动态变化等。近几年的研究工作主要是基于系统发育基因组和进化基因组的方法,利用基因组水平的海量数据来探讨稻属各类群之间的进化关系、分化时间、多倍体物种形成、以及植物基因组的遗传和表观遗传变异等。

Research Interests

Plant Systematics and Molecular Evolution

Evolutionary Genomics 

In the past a few years, I’ve focused on the phylogenomic studies of genus Oryza. Most of my research concerns elucidating the evolutionary relationships of all diploid genome types of the rice genus by use of genome-wide single-copy genes, with special attention being given to the cause of incongruence among single-gene trees. At present, my research moves forward to evolutionary genomics by utilizing Oryza as a model system.
