目前主要从事以下工作:
1.整理稻属intron比较基因组的研究结果;
2.分析栽培稻及近缘野生种基因组水平的SNP数据;
3.与中国动物卫生与流行病学中心陈继明博士合作,初步完成禽流感H5N1序列注释程序和数据库的开发。
